The Sitting Posture- Meditation
The sitting posture is for the Thinking Body. Prayer or the use of Affirmations
is a left brain function. Meditation is a right brain function. There
are many ways to integrate the two. One way is to use the affirmation of
your choice for a few minutes and then sit in silence for an equal amount
of time.
The use of the breaths bring harmony and balance.
