Sacred Texts

There are so many viewpoints and interpretations of the Scriptures from around the world that it can be confusing to even begin to understand what they are about. The scriptures in general are about the human race and its interaction with The Ascended Masters and Our One Creator.

The Scriptures at their best contain the records of what The Ascended Masters taught when they were on earth. These teachings were not written down directly by The Ascended Masters themselves but by their disciples and friends. The followers of Buddha wrote down the sayings of Buddha. The followers of Yeshua (Jesus) wrote down the sayings of Yeshua. The Followers of Krishna wrote down the sayings of Krishna. Sometimes these teachings were not recorded until many years later. The teachings have also gone through many translations.

For our purpose here we will loosely define "Sacred Texts" or "Holy Scriptures" as a body of writings considered authoritative.

There is an old saying, "A Picture is worth a thousand words". A book written about someone is never greater than the person it is written about. The books of course can be helpful in getting to know about The The point is that books or scriptures about Ascended Masters and God are never greater than which is greater, books about The Ascended Masters and God or God and the Ascended Masters themselves? Who was around first? It seems pretty obvious when you look at it in this way but still there is a lot of arguing and fighting about what is written in these books. This has been a problem for a long time. Religions fight against each other. There is even fighting and arguing  within different groups and sects, denominations etc within each religion.
